1. HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Once you've found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page. To review the items in your shopping bag, click on the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page. You can add or remove items before proceeding to purchase. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.
2. IS IT NECESSARY TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, it is not mandatory to create an account to shop at Ayesha Ibrahim. However, registering with us offers several benefits, such as order tracking, reviewing account history, saving your details for future convenience, managing account information and preferences, and adding sold-out items to your Wish List. To set up an account, simply click on 'Register' and enter your details.
3. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED BY AYESHA IBRAHIM, AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
Ayesha Ibrahim currently accepts online payment methods including VISA, MasterCard, and Bank Transfer for customers worldwide. Rest assured that all your details and data will be securely transmitted using SSL encryption.
4. CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY IN WHICH I PAY?
While the base currency used on our website is USD, you have the option to switch to other currencies such as Pakistani Rupee, British Pound Sterling, Canadian Dollar, and Euro. To change the currency, simply click on the currency option located at the top right-hand corner of the page.
5. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON ITEM WITH NO PRICES LISTED?
You can click “Request A Quote” button on the right side of the item. Code of item, other details will be filled in automatically. You can further type your required details. We will reply back with price and other details enquired by you.
6. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND WHAT ARE THE ASSOCIATED COSTS?
For Ready to Wear items, online orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. Made to Order Luxury-Pret items may take up to 3-4 weeks, while Made to Order Formal or Couture items may take up to 8-12 weeks for delivery. If your order does not arrive within the specified time, please contact our customer service for assistance. The cost of delivery varies depending on the location and will be communicated to you prior to completing your order.
7. IS SAME-DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
No, currently we do not offer same-day delivery.
8. WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES?
When you purchase a product from Ayesha Ibrahim, you do not need to pay any duties or taxes for local orders, as we provide free shipping without additional costs. However, for international orders, there may be charges depending on the location.
9. CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
You have the right to request changes, such as cancelling an item, changing the size, or editing billing and shipping details, within 48 hours of placing an order. After 48 hours, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order. If you need to make amendments after 48 hours, please contact our customer care via email or phone for assistance. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after this 48-hour period.
10. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number that can be used to track your order(s). If you have any inquiries about your order or wish to check its status, you can use this order number to contact our customer care team.
11. ARE THE COLORS OF THE ITEMS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
The team at Ayesha Ibrahim has made every possible attempt to present the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there might be some variation between the actual color and what you perceive on your screen. We cannot guarantee that the displayed color on your screen will be entirely precise, as computer monitors and electronic device screens can vary.
