All orders will be delivered using the service which is provided at the time of placing the order. - Ayesha Ibrahim has the right to fluctuate any prices in relation with costs for shipping, however you will be notified prior to the completion of your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

Typically, for sizes listed on the website, local orders take 3 to 5 business days. And international orders can take 4 to 5 business day. For custom orders, the delivery can vary from 1 week to 6 weeks, depending upon the type of order (Pret, Formal, or Bridal.)

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES?

Ayesha Ibrahim offers Rs400 on local shipping in Pakistan, where as standard shipping charges are applicable for international orders.

The brand Ayesha Ibrahim strives to serves its customers to the best of the availability. Therefore, we have established billing on a flat tier structure, rather than complicating it on weight basis. This helps the customers saves money on their shipment.

CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY ON ALL DAYS OF THE WEEK?

You can expect delivery of your order on any business day, unless otherwise specified. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

Of course, yes! We do ship internationally. For international shipping, you may reach out to us via any of the following channels -

WHY DID I RECEIVE A PARTIAL ORDER?

Please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery time are shipped to you separately so please don't worry as the remaining order will be delivered shortly.

In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch, and don't have an alternate QC passed item. In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. The separate delivery cost is taken care of by the brand.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS ONCE I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?

Absolutely! As long as your order has not been shipping, you can add additional items to the order. Once you have placed the order for additional items through our website, simply send an email to sales@ayeshaibrahim.com or call 0305-5555072 and inform us of your new order so all can be dispatched together.

CUSTOMER NOTICE - DELIVERY TIME

Please be reminded deliveries are between 3-5 working days after dispatch and not from the time of order. If you have any queries regarding your order, please contact us. We give all order related queries high priority. Thank you

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of product and the location you select and are non refundable. We do not take any responsibility if there are any additional charges in terms of custom or duties charged by local authorities. Custom charges have to be borne by the customer.
